We envision that in the near future, all development organizations are delivering the highest possible impact to their beneficiaries given limited resources through embedding continuous learning and targeted, proactive intervention in their DNA.
Recent advances in and affordability of technology, particularly mobile technologies, create the opportunity to fundamentally transform how we approach development. As a learning organization, research and evaluation of what works and what does not, is an integral component of our evolution.
